• All approved orders are non-refundable.

• Refunds will only be provided for orders placed if Baking My Feels INC. is unable to fulfill the order on the requested date.

• If an order is canceled by the customer, the amount paid can be used as a credit towards a future order.

• Customers must place orders within the specified lead times listed in the product description.

• Accepted payment methods include all major credit cards, Interac, and e-transfers.

• Deliveries are fulfilled by Baking My Feels Inc.

• Recipients must be present at the time of delivery. If no one is available, orders will be left at the front door or building lobby.

• Baking My Feels Inc. is not responsible for orders left unattended due to the absence of the recipient.

• Minimum lead times for signature items are listed in the product description.

• Custom orders require a minimum of one week’s notice.

• Quotes for custom orders are valid for 48 hours from issuance.

All products are nut-free; however, they are not made in a nut-free facility. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution. Baking My Feels Inc. is not liable for allergic reactions.
